When we first launched Culturevate we recognized a need for organizations to train and engage their employees around innovation skills, in order to create a culture of innovation, identify and support intrapreneurs and increase the flow of innovative ideas.
Since then, the industry has more broadly embraced our thinking and approach, and the overall understanding around the need to create a culture of innovation has advanced across the industry more broadly.
In response, we have recently expanded our offerings to align with the increasingly sophisticated needs of our clients. We have launched new relationships with Cornell University and Brightidea, expanded our team into Europe, and broadened our offers.
We are excited to continue to evolve and shape the marketplace and look forward to working with an exceptional range of clients. We hope that your visit to our site is the start of a longer relationship. So take a look around, and let’s talk about your innovation needs? Let us know how we can help!

Part of Culturevate’s mission is to extend innovation skills development into the not-for-profit sector. Accordingly, we partner with several not-for-profit organizations to train their employees and constituents on innovation skills.
As part of this effort, we offer clients the opportunity of allowing a pod of individuals from a not-for-profit organization to participate in the training sessions that they are providing to their own employees. This additional pod will not impact the client’s employees in any way, and participants don’t even need to be aware that another organization is attending. We will also provide those training participants access to our Innovation Portal.
This approach allows Culturevate to work with organizations to align our community support goals, with those of our clients. If a client has a specific organization that they want to support, we can incorporate them into our training activities, or they can choose one from our approved list.
This is an exciting and worthwhile perspective to our efforts, and we look forward to expanding our impact to organizations and individuals that might not normally get access to this high quality level of resources and training.
If you are part of a not-for-profit organization that would like to participate in this program, please reach out to Anthony (firstname.lastname@example.org) directly.
